Job Description
Our Expectations:
1. The child’s safety is our top priority. Never leave them unattended. Monitor sharp edges, slippery surfaces, and unclosed doors.
2. The child’s diet is crucial. Prepare healthy food and encourage eating as a game, never by force.
3. Only follow instructions from me or my husband. Always ask us first in unclear situations.
4. Adapt to my routine and household dynamics. Your day begins before the child wakes and ends after they sleep.
5. Your appearance must always be neat and presentable.
6. Focus on your tasks and avoid unnecessary conversations with other staff.
7. All tasks related to the child—room organization, laundry, ironing, and meal prep—are your responsibility.
8. Maintain cleanliness in both your room and the child’s room.
9. Use only your designated bathroom for hygiene purposes.
10. Stay out of other rooms; manage only your space and the child’s room.
11. Accompany me and the child wherever we go. Care for the child and tidy up as needed.
12. Assist during shopping trips and always stay close by.
13. Prepare the child’s clothes, meals, and belongings before outings.
14. Administer the child’s routine medications (vitamins) every morning.
15. Do not use your phone during working hours. Personal calls are allowed only in the evening in your room.
