Dear Future Nanny,
Our current nanny, whom we love very much, recently got married and will be leaving us after two wonderful years to join her husband in New York. While we are sad to see her go, we are also incredibly happy for her and excited about the opportunity to welcome someone new into our family.
Our dream is to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, cares deeply about their well-being, and would like to become a valued part of our family for the longer term. Ideally, we are looking for someone who would like to stay with us for two years or more.
We are very open-minded and believe there are many ways to support each other and grow together. For example, we encouraged our current nanny to continue her Master's degree in Psychology while working with us, and she just completed the first semester with excellent results. We are always happy to explore ways to help our nanny pursue personal and professional goals alongside family life.

Job Description
Basically, your role is to look after the children, their daily routine, and activities while both parents are at work. As soon as one of us is home, you are free and your workday is finished.
A typical day looks like this:
The girls wake up with their dad. The nanny joins the family around 7:30 a.m.
Dad takes the two older girls to school. They need to be there by 8:20 a.m. (the school is only a 5-minute walk from our home).
The youngest daughter has a different schedule depending on the day. Some mornings she stays at home, while on others she attends activities such as swimming lessons or playgroup. The nanny brings her to those activities.
At 11:50 a.m., school ends and all three girls are collected and brought home for lunch.
After lunch, from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the children either nap or spend quiet time in their rooms. During this period, the nanny is free to rest, study, or relax.
At around 3:00 p.m., the girls have a snack, followed by playtime or extracurricular activities. The nanny may need to accompany them to these activities. At the moment, these include music lessons, judo, and swimming, although the schedule may change with the new school year.
Mom usually returns home around 4:00 p.m. and takes over. At that point, the nanny is free to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and evening.
