Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a responsible, morally exemplary, hard-working, and trustworthy maid and nanny to perform various cleaning duties as required and to look after our children. The responsibilities include replacing dirty linen and towels, sweeping driveways and walkways, as well as washing, drying, and putting away dishes. You should also inform parents of any accidents that result in broken or damaged appliances or fixtures. Also, create a safe, healthy, fun environment for our children. There are seven working days per week and at least nine hours of rest and sleep per night.
 
Maid and Nanny Responsibilities:
Keeping carpets and rugs clean and odor-free by shampooing, vacuuming, and applying deodorizers as needed.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces.
Washing windows and walls as well as polishing woodwork as needed.
Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces.
Wiping down kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime.
Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all rubbish.
Washing, drying, and folding bedding and towels.
Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day.
Laundering clothing as required.
Ensuring a clean and tidy home environment at all times.
Bottle-feeding infants and changing diapers when required.
Entertaining infants, keeping them warm, happy, and clean at all times, and playing with them.
Giving children lunch and in-between snacks, encouraging them to assist with household chores, helping them with homework, and supervising them during play.
Transporting and collecting children to and from play dates and extramural activities.
Performing other duties as required.
 
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
3+ years of child care experience, including infant care.
Proven cleaning experience.
Proficient knowledge of home safety and first aid.
Proficient knowledge of housekeeping and meal preparation.
Outstanding verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Affinity for children.
Good moral character and pleasant disposition.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Sound knowledge of different cleaning methods.
Physically fit, detail-oriented, energetic, agile and dexterous.
