We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and kind stay-at-home teacher to support the education and daily care of our two sons. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility. Below are the expectations and key guidelines for the position:

Working Hours & Flexibility
The educator’s duty time will span from the children’s wake-up time until their bedtime. While the children attend school from approximately 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM(Sunday to Thursday), this time is not considered free time in full for the teacher. Instead, it should be used to ensure the children’s belongings, schedules, and academic requirements are up to date, and to assist with any needs that may arise. Flexibility is essential, as this is not a standard office job and responsibilities may vary throughout the day.
Team Spirit and Household Dynamic
The teacher is expected to work collaboratively with other household staff and maintain a respectful, team-oriented attitude. It is important to note that other staff members support the family as a whole, and not individual roles. The educator should be self-sufficient, not rely on others to complete her tasks, and contribute positively to the household dynamic.
Primary Responsibility
The primary focus of this role is to attend to the children’s educational and personal needs throughout the day, including during school breaks, after-school hours (children return at 3:30 PM), and until bedtime (around 9:00 PM). The teacher should be proactive in supporting the children’s home learning, constantly speaking to them in Arabic for coloquial practice and academic development.

Time Off
