About our family.

We are a traditional family of four, two working parents, a daughter of 12 and a son of 10, living in a large home in the French countryside, just a short drive from Geneva.

We are a close-knit family with strong values: honesty, respect, and a genuine care for the people around us. We believe in a simple, grounded way of life, which is why we are a fully screen-free household. No smartphones, no tablets, no computers for the children, and barely any TV. Our kids are used to playing outside, being creative, and entertaining themselves, and we are proud of that.

Our home is lively and warm, shared with one dog and two cats who are very much part of the family. We spend a lot of time outdoors, in the garden, around the swimming pool, or on our tennis court (which is honestly in a sorry state, but we still play on it!).

Both of us work full-time, which is why we are looking for someone we can truly rely on. Not just a helping hand, but someone who shares our values and feels at home with us. We have high expectations, but we are also caring, fair, and deeply appreciative of the people who work with us.

We hope to find someone who will enjoy being part of our family life as much as we will enjoy having them with us.

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper/nanny to join us starting early August.

What the role involves:
• Taking the children to school in the morning and to their activities in the evenings and on Wednesday afternoons
• General housekeeping: cleaning throughout the home and ironing
• Cooking would be a lovely bonus, but is not required

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule. We travel regularly, and there will be times when we need help outside of regular hours : babysitting in the evenings, adapting to our family schedule, and so on. This flexibility is an important part of the role, and we will always do our best to plan ahead and respect your time.

Preferred profile? Someone reliable, organised, and experienced with children, with references to share. A good level of English (spoken and written) is essential. A driving licence is an absolute must, as driving the children is a core part of the role.
