Job Description
We need her to do indoor cleaning, pre-meal preparation and after-meal cleaning. We don't need her to keep the garden and pool, we cook most of the time and occasionally we need her to do it. We and our children will participate in the housework together. What we need more is that she can accompany the children and communicate with them more. If she can drive and pick up the children, it will be better. If she can help the children with homework, it will be better. Of course it doesn't matter if she can't.
