I’m seeking a warm, emotionally responsive, and consistent live-in nanny to help care for my two young nieces, ages 3 and 5, who are in my foster care for the coming year. This position runs from mid-August 2025 through mid-June 2026. The ideal candidate is nurturing, playful, and confident in setting clear but gentle boundaries.

Both children have experienced trauma and need a calm, attuned presence who can provide a sense of safety and predictability. The 5-year-old loves swimming, mermaids, and Elsa. The 3-year-old enjoys storytime, snacking, and laughing. Their ideal day includes imaginative play, outdoor time, cozy reading moments, and a calm, flexible routine.

My work involves about 10 weeks of travel throughout the year. During those weeks, I need someone who can serve as the primary caregiver. A live-in arrangement is required during those travel periods and is welcome (but flexible) during non-travel weeks. My parents live nearby and will provide some support during travel weeks as well.
