**Job Description:**
We are seeking an inspirational individual to be a nurturing presence for our two daughters, aged 8 and 10. We want someone who will not only care for them but also encourage their growth, development, and exploration of the world through creative and educational activities.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up the children from school with a smile and joy, ensuring their safe return home
- Foster their curiosity and learning by supporting them with homework and school projects
- Organize diverse and stimulating activities tailored to their interests and developmental stage
- Care for the children during weekdays and some weekends, turning every free moment into an opportunity for exploration and fun
- Ensure that their feelings and needs are always heard and respected, creating a safe and nurturing environment
- Prepare nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with parents to ensure that the children's needs are fully met

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with children, with an emphasis on diverse experiences and approaches
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach or a willingness to learn about it to promote holistic child development
- Passion for working with children and a continuous desire for personal and professional growth in this field
- Candidates with education or experience in areas such as psychology, pedagogy, or related fields will be preferred, but any individual with a sincere dedication to child development will be carefully considered
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to build deep emotional connections with children and parents, and openness to collaboration
