Hello new family member!

My name is Shannon, husband's name is Brandon. We will be first-time parents this April 2024. We will be having twins :) It was a complete shock and blessing at the same time. We live in sunny San Diego, our view is of Mission Bay near Pacific Beach. We are easy-going, laid-back, friendly, kind, considerate people. Brandon is a bit more introverted than I (Shannon who filled out this application).

We are first time parents so this is a huge change in our lives. It will take us sometime to adjust to our newborns and new lives. Because of that, we seek someone with newborn experience. We would love to learn more newborn tricks/tips alongside of you, especially culture tips you've learned in your own country.

I speak fluent Spanish, we'd love our newborns to hear Spanish. We are hoping our babies will speak Spanish one day. Overall our main objective is to trust someone enough to leave our babies with while we go out for a few hours.

We're hoping that our aupair will become someone who we can trust, rely on, have open-communication with, and truly care about.

We will be having boy/girl twins end of April! We're looking for someone who'd like to live in sunny San diego, seconds from the beach, who is responsible for morning feeds and light errands/housekeeping. Mom of family would like to bond with her babies as much as possible. Overall, our objective is to have someone as backup when Mom wants to workout, leave the house for a bit, and for when Mom and Dad's date nights, which will be a very rare occasion since Mom anticipates on breast feedings.

Other duties: Laundry for babies, organizing clothes/toys, washing bottles, morning feed, changing diapers, helping Mom if one twin is fussy, all as needed
