We’re located in Round Rock, Texas (just outside Austin) and are looking for a joyful, reliable, live-in Nanny to join our family starting in August.
Our curious 3-year-old loves books, music, nature walks, and especially playing with cars — they’re his absolute favorite. We follow gentle parenting and have a screen-free home focused on connection, creativity, and learning through play.
This year, it’s especially important that he begins learning his letters, numbers, and early reading sounds in a fun, structured way. We’re looking for someone patient, playful, organized, and truly excited to support his growth.
Your day includes: waking him up, helping with potty training, preparing breakfast, cleaning up, playing with him, keeping toys/playroom tidy, making lunch, naptime, bath, and joining family dinner. You’ll work Thursday–Sunday (12-hour days) and must be comfortable traveling, as we take weekend trips and family vacations.
You should also be able to swim confidently, drive safely, and — most importantly — be the kind of person who jumps in without being asked. If you see dirty hands, a messy space, or a moment to help — you’re already there.
