Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA
Job Type: Full-time, live-in or live-out position
Responsibilities
Childcare:
1. Provide quality care for two infant children (twin girls), ages 3 months.
2. Create a safe, nurturing environment.
3. Develop and implement engaging activities (education, recreation, etc.).
4. Help establish daily routines (feeding times, bedtime).
5. Monitor and report child development milestones.
Household:
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's areas.
2. Assist with laundry, ironing, vacuuming, and dishwashing.
3. Assist with meal preparation.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of nanny experience with infant care.
2. CPR/First Aid certification or interest in pursuing certification.
3. Background check.
4. Non-smoker.
Work Schedule:
1. 40-50 hours per week, generally Monday-Friday.
2. Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Expectations:
1. Respect employer's privacy and boundaries.
2. Maintain confidentiality.
3. Communicate effectively with employers.
4. Adapt to changing needs and schedules.
