We are relatively new parents of two wonderful little people. Both of us have busy professional lives and our own businesses and we need childcare assistance. We have had a great experience with a nanny this past year, and we are excited about the possibility of finding a new nanny.
We are fortunate to live next to beautiful Acadia National Park and the ocean in the town of Bar Harbor, Maine. We are about a 5hr drive to Boston or Quebec City (both amazing cities), and have a local airport that can take you anywhere. Our family enjoys the outdoors, boating, cycling, hiking, and traveling. We are looking forward to sharing a year or more of our lives with someone who can help care for kids. During this important time in their lives we are hoping to find the right person to help them grow, develop, and learn. I am seeking a part-time nanny for two kids ages 8,10. The primary responsibility is to provide individual attention and care to our two young ones The duties involve general childcare such as playing and interacting with them, teaching, feeding, cleaning, ensuring their safety in the house, and other general duties related to their care. Our previous nanny has helped with housework as well and this has been very helpful. We anticipate needing active assistance part-time, primarily a M-F. We also have a in the family and are looking for someone who likes pets as well. We look forward to finding someone who can be an important part of our family and our kids's life!
