Responsibilities
Infant Care
* Provide attentive, loving care for our infant throughout the day
* Prepare and feed bottles according to feeding schedule
* Burp, soothe, and comfort infant as needed
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Follow nap schedules and age-appropriate sleep practices
* Monitor developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate activities
* Read, sing, talk, and participate in sensory play
* Maintain detailed daily logs of feedings, naps, diaper changes, and activities
Health & Safety
* Follow all safe sleep guidelines
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for the infant
* Administer medication only with parental authorization
* Communicate any concerns regarding health, behavior, or development
* Be comfortable responding to emergencies and contacting parents immediately if needed
Household Support Related to the Child
* Wash and sanitize bottles and feeding equipment
* Launder infant clothing, bedding, and burp cloths
* Keep nursery, play areas, and infant supplies organized
* Restock diapering and feeding stations as needed
* Prepare simple infant meals when age appropriate We believe in creating a long-term partnership with our nanny and offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week, even if fewer hours are needed
* Paid time off when the family is traveling or on vacation
