The safety and well-being of our infant is our highest priority. We are seeking a nanny who is highly attentive, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe environment at all times. This includes following safe sleep practices, closely monitoring feeding and developmental needs, keeping accurate daily logs, maintaining a clean and organized infant care space, and communicating promptly about any concerns. We value a caregiver who understands that infant safety requires constant awareness, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to providing nurturing, attentive care throughout the day.

We are seeking a warm, dependable, safety-focused nanny to care for our infant in a loving home environment. The ideal candidate is experienced with newborns and infants, proactive, nurturing, and able to support our child’s development while maintaining a safe and engaging routine.

Responsibilities

Infant Care

* Provide attentive, loving care for our infant throughout the day
* Prepare and feed bottles according to feeding schedule
* Burp, soothe, and comfort infant as needed
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Follow nap schedules and age-appropriate sleep practices
* Monitor developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate activities
* Read, sing, talk, and participate in sensory play
* Maintain detailed daily logs of feedings, naps, diaper changes, and activities

Health & Safety

* Follow all safe sleep guidelines
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for the infant
* Administer medication only with parental authorization
* Communicate any concerns regarding health, behavior, or development
* Be comfortable responding to emergencies and contacting parents immediately if needed

Household Support Related to the Child

* Wash and sanitize bottles and feeding equipment
* Launder infant clothing, bedding, and burp cloths
* Keep nursery, play areas, and infant supplies organized
* Restock diapering and feeding stations as needed
* Prepare simple infant meals when age appropriate We believe in creating a long-term partnership with our nanny and offer a competitive compensation package, including:

* Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week, even if fewer hours are needed
