Hey there! Our family is two households. Mom lives in Leesburg, dad lives in Manassas. Until now, our kid (non-binary, AFAB) has lived with mom during the work week, and spent alternating weekends with mom or dad. Unfortunately, mom has become too ill (cancer) to take care of the kiddo, and we are switching households for weekdays. Dad has a conflicting commute and cannot drive kiddo to/from school. Kid is in 6th grade, and we expect this position to be open through the Spring of 2026, during the school years.

This is a part time gig. We have an idea of the hourly pay, but are willing to add gas reimbursement. Also willing to discuss creative payment arrangements, like monthly payment of a vehicle lease and all car service in lieu of traditional hourly wage. Happy to hear counter-proposals.

Hi there! We're seeking a nanny to drive our kid from Old Town Manassas to private school in Leesburg in the morning,arriving at 8am, then pick up the kiddo at 5pm in the evening in Leesburg and return them to Manassas. This is a great gig for someone who has remote work, or another part time gig.
