Be sure to search on only the email address OR the locator number, not both at the same time.
Reasons why the profile may not appear:
- There is no profile associated with the email or locator number you’ve entered;
- The profile has been temporarily deactivated
by its creator;
- The account has been deleted due to non-use.
You may also try searching using your FastMatch under "My Account" or use the Find links on the top of the page to locate the profile you are seeking.
