1. About prospective candidate:
Looking for a reliable, honest and sincere lady who will help look after my home. Age 20 to 45 years.
2. Work/job profile:
• About the same as any conscientious home-maker will do to look after her house.
• Duration: Long term, akin to a quasi family member.
3. About the house: A rural setting.
• A double storey ikra structure with 6 odd rooms covering about 1000sqft/100sqm.
• It has a garden on one side and a backyard; each is about 100x50sqft.
• The house is located in West Sikkim, India at an altitude of 5,500ft/1650m facing Mt Khangchendzonga (8586m) which is visible about 35km to the north.
• Climate: Evergreen. Winter: min 5c night to max 18c midday. Spring: 10c to 25c. Jun to Sep: rains heavily, 17c to 30c.
• Number of people living in the house: 1 or 2.
