This will be the most "laid-back work-at-your-own-pace-as-long-as-tasks-are-current" style environment for the right semi-professional female.
IMPORTANT - What is said or done in the house stays in the house! ****Discretion and Privacy are absolutely required due to the nature of my work [I do tattoos, I also produce techno music & DJ, I have 14yrs entrepreneurial experience in the following: Data recovery, PC repair, Business Development Management, Aqua Certification & Training, Online Digital Marketing, as well as a few local investments I'm working on]**** <<>>
Preference is live-in at least Monday Night thru Friday (if you need a place to stay and are compatible it can be 7 days) Additionally all meals and in-house entertainment are included for live-in positions. We are 420 friendly, cigarette smoking is tolerated in moderation, outside, and during a break please.
Air conditioning is on the immediate to do list.
Work day begins with coffee and breakfast in the morning 8-10am and ends after dinner is cleaned up 4-6PM. You are welcome to eat with us for the meals.
Duties consist of:
1. Bed turndown
2. could be temporary: Preparing very simple fruit and veggie snacks some days and others possibly smoothies in addition to
3. could be temporary: 2/3 hot meals a day (can be prepped for 2 days at a time)
4. keeping the kitchen clean and dishes washed. The lavender is upstairs however it's used for dishes only.
5. I have a brand new water deposit and the supply comes from the municipality I'm installing another purifier so the water is good here.
I am in the process of installing an air conditioner. Full kitchen with microwave and all brand new appliances is upstairs in the kitchen, these areas must remain organized and clean. In the living room is my office and music studio. I have a small mini-pincer a rescue from Puerto Rico 15lbs who is an absolute sweetheart, extremely loving clean and obedient.
