Live-In Housekeeper (Aix-en-Provence, France)

We are a warm and relaxed family of three, originally from New York City, living in the beautiful town of Rognes. We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and kind-hearted live-in housekeeper to join our home long-term.
About the Role:
This is a full-time live-in position for someone who takes great pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and values a peaceful work environment. We are especially interested in someone who:
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
MUST BE AN EU RESIDENT - WILL NOT SUPPLY VISA
Has excellent deep-cleaning skills
Is highly organized and enjoys keeping spaces tidy and functional
Loves dogs – we have friendly pets who are part of the family!
Enjoys cooking or is open to preparing simple, healthy meals (bonus points for creativity in the kitchen!)
Key Responsibilities:
Daily and weekly deep cleaning of all rooms (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
Laundry and ironing, with attention to garment care
Keeping household items stocked and organized
Occasional meal preparation or support in the kitchen
Light errands, such as shopping or dog walking, if needed
Maintaining a calm, respectful atmosphere in the home
