We are a family of four living in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, seeking a full-time live-in housekeeper and nanny. We prefer a woman between the ages of 28 to 40, ideally of Filipino or Vietnamese background. Fluency in Vietnamese is a plus, but English is also acceptable. The responsibilities include general daily housekeeping such as cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas; doing laundry; light cooking and meal preparation; organizing shared spaces; unpacking groceries; and keeping outdoor areas around the pool tidy. In addition to housekeeping, we are also looking for help with our two children. This includes preparing breakfast, helping with school routines, keeping their rooms and belongings organized, and occasionally supervising them if parents are not home. We do not have pets, but one adult in the home is a smoker, so the candidate must be comfortable with that. The position includes a private room, meals, and a monthly salary of \$3,000. We are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and experienced with both housekeeping and childcare, ideally with at least two years of relevant experience.
