Housekeeping support needed for a single mom family with two thirteen year old children and pets. The main responsibilities are for a single family home, with some housekeeping assistance also needed for elderly mother in her apartment. Ideally, we are hoping to find someone who will become a treasured addition to our family, able to stay with us for years.
The hours are daytime, with some flexibility possible in the specific hours. Major holidays are free.
Assistance with cleaning, help with errands, and generally keeping the household running smoothly is needed. Laundry is taken care of by a laundry service for the most part. Ideally, it would be great to find someone who can help with cooking and food preparation.
Reliability and being on time is very important for us. We appreciate someone who enjoys his or her work, and takes pride in keeping the home looking nice and running smoothly. We are open to input, but also appreciate someone who will follow the way we like things to be done. Mom has some health issues, so the extra help from a reliable housekeeper is extra important.
