Title: Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are a busy couple seeking a part-time housekeeper to help maintain our home. As medical students, our schedules are hectic, and we value someone who can assist us with various household tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and respect privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

General Cleaning: This includes sweeping, mopping, dishes, and tidying up around the house. We are currently finalizing some construction work, so there may be light construction cleanup required.

Pet Care: We are the proud owners of 3 large dogs and 4 cats. While the pets are generally well-behaved, we would appreciate assistance with occasional pet accidents.

Laundry: Regular laundering and ironing of clothes are required.

Meal Preparation: The ability to prepare a meal or two per week would be highly beneficial.

Organization: We value an organized home, so the first few weeks would involve a deep cleaning and organization of our house.

Additional Information:

As medical students, we sometimes have sensitive documents around the house. The chosen candidate must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of these documents. We also have atypical sleeping schedules due to our night shifts, so we hope to find someone who is comfortable with us being around the house in our leisure attire.

Given the unique requirements of this position, we would like candidates to propose their pay during the interview process. We value fair compensation and are open to discussing a rate that reflects the responsibilities and demands of the job.
