We are seeking an organized, flexible, and reliable Lady’s Maid/Housekeeper in Rogers, AR. This is a permanent, full-time, live-out or live-in role.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping of a 12,000 sqft. estate.
• Ensuring all daily housekeeping duties are executed to the highest standard while respecting the principals’ expectations and being mindful and cognizant of principal and guest preferences.
• Liaise and provide appropriate service levels to principal and guests.
• Ensure the residence are as pristine and welcoming as possible.
• Be open to, suggest and manage evolving duties and responsibilities.
• Purchasing groceries, and running all required errands, including driving Madame to her appointments.
• Occasional basic meal preparation or reheating of meals.
• Ensure appropriate care of fine items such as wardrobe, artwork, fine fabrics, and other valuables.
• Work respectfully with contractors, vendors, and others to ensure the successful operation of the estate.
• Full Laundry cycle, including ironing, bed preparation, and dry cleaning.
• Managing household product inventory and shopping.
• Schedule and execute larger cleaning projects on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
• Special projects include, but are not limited to, quarterly deep cleans, household cupboard, and closet cleaning, and reorganization.
• Provide appropriate care of Madame’s dog, including taking it to the vet, and bathroom breaks. Including cleaning up after the dog.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience working in an ultra-high-net-worth residence is a plus.
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills and knowledge of cleaning and maintaining luxury surfaces and care of fine items.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America (No sponsorship).
• Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Polished and well-groomed professional appearance every day.
• Solution-oriented, able to think outside the box.
• Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to maintain high levels of privacy
Certificates/Licenses:
• Full driving license and a reliable vehicle required and/or experience driving ultrahigh-end vehicles.
Additional Information:
Must be able to pass a detailed background check.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexibility required).
Salary is 70k-85k.
Living quarters provided to the right candidate. Start Date As soon as the right person for the role is found.
