We are in need of a trustworthy, experienced, and caring live-in babysitter to care for our two children — a 2-month-old baby and a 7-year-old child. The ideal candidate should be reliable, patient, and passionate about childcare, especially infant care and early childhood development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Infant care:

Feeding, burping, changing diapers, bathing, putting baby to sleep

Monitoring baby’s health, comfort, and sleep schedule
(At least 1 year of experience caring for infants is required.)


Care for the 7-year-old:

Assist with school preparation and activities (homework, playtime, hygiene)

Prepare meals/snacks and supervise proper eating habits
(Experience with school-age children preferred.)


Engage both children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children’s spaces (e.g., playroom, sleeping area, feeding area)

Do light household chores related to the children (e.g., laundry, washing bottles, meal prep)

Administer first aid and respond to emergencies when needed (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus)

Provide daily updates to parents about each child’s activities, health, and behavior

Be available during the day and occasionally at night if needed


Qualifications:

Female, preferably 25–45 years old

Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a babysitter or nanny (infant experience required)

High school graduate or equivalent; knowledge in early childhood development is an advantage

Patient, kind, and respectful

Non-smoker, physically fit, and in good health

Willing to undergo background check and provide references

Must be willing to live in and follow house rules


Benefits:

Monthly salary: PHP 10,000–12,000 (based on experience and performance)
