We are an international European/African family living in the UK. At home we speak English and Spanish.
The au pair must speak English, other languages are welcome but not required.
We have two children aged 12 - a boy- and 9 - a girl- who don’t need support, they are quite autonomous and independent and help with house chores. Minimal duties will be required with them, and only occasionally.
The third child is on the way, expected in November.
We are looking for a passionate au pair with special interest in new born babies. Ideally with experience, but not necessary as full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
We are welcoming, friendly, lovely, caring, respectful and affectionate and we expect the same from our next au pair.
We have had a few au pairs when my two older kids where younger and had great experiences, creating strong bonds with the au pairs, treating them as family and still keep in contact with them.
We live in the UK, close to Birmingham, in a safe, nice, family friendly area.

The au pair role includes taking care of the youngest child, there are no duties required with the two oldest, except maybe very occasionally.
Flexibility required, friendly, outgoing, responsible, caring, professional.
Au pair to complete new born duties: bottles, changing nappies, bathing, putting to sleep, attend when crying.
There is an expectation of some household duties too, particularly related with the baby.
There will be three fully free days per week which will rotate as per the parents schedule.
Most weekends will be free, but ocasional work may be required.
We are flexible and are happy to agree on duties and time table (as long as it suits our needs too).
