Family's Introduction to Au Pair
We are a small, single-parent family based in London. Originally from France, we’ve been living here for many years and now proudly call London our home.
I’m an interior designer, passionate about my work, and my daughter is a bright, bubbly, and independent 6-year-old. She loves helping with small chores around the house, but also enjoys quiet time reading or doing arts and crafts in her room. We often paint together and spend our weekends exploring the city or going on little adventures.
If you join our family, you’ll be treated as a true member, more like a big sister to my daughter. We value kindness, connection, and shared moments, and would love to welcome someone who wants to be part of our everyday life.

Job Description
Hello!
We’re a warm and caring family based in East London (Sugar house island), looking for a responsible, kind, and easygoing female au pair (preferably a student) to help with my sweet and fun loving 6 year old daughter.
I offer:
• A private bedroom and your own bathroom (occasionally used as a guest toilet)
• All bills, food covered
• £350–£400/month pocket money
• Flexibility to take on part-time work or studies during your free time
• A respectful and friendly household where you’ll truly feel at home
In exchange, we ask for 15–20 hours/week of childcare support, which includes:
• A few school drop-offs and pickups
• Babysitting some evenings
• Light help like prepping meals for my daughter, tidying communal spaces, and helping with her laundry
• and if you want sharing meals and bonding as part of the family!
We will plan your schedule around your studies or commitments, and any hours beyond 20/week will be paid separately (£8/hour).
We live in a modern, secure development in Stratford with great transport links, shops, and parks nearby. It’s a fantastic location, especially for students!
