Job Description:
We are seeking AU Pair to join us to help support the educational and developmental needs of our two children. This position will involve engaging with our older child in educational activities, supervising study times, assisting with homework, and encouraging creative play such as crafts. For our younger child, aged 3, the role includes storytelling, playing with toys, and general interactive play. The Family Assistant will act as an aid to the children's mother and serve in a capacity similar to a home tutor, focusing on English language development through daily interactions.
Responsibilities:
Language Development: Communicate exclusively in English with the children to enhance their language skills.
Educational Support: Supervise and assist the older child with homework and other educational tasks. Encourage educational development through engaging and creative methods.
Play and Interaction: Engage in activities suitable for their ages, such as crafts, games, and reading stories.
Daily Routine: Support the daily routines of the children, including preparation for activities, and bedtimes.
Emotional and Social Development: Provide supportive interaction to foster a nurturing environment.
Household Maintenance: Manage your personal cleanliness and organization of belongings. No major cleaning or cooking is required, as this is covered by other staff.
