**Role Overview:**
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and functional household while providing essential support during family and social events. This position offers the potential for long-term employment and the possibility of a live-in arrangement.
**Responsibilities:**
**Indoor Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough home cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning.
- Manage the laundry process, from sorting and washing to ironing and folding.
- Maintain the kitchen by handling dishwashing, cleaning countertops and appliances, and organizing the pantry and fridge.
- Provide childcare support, including preparing lunches and outfits for preschool and light meal prep for toddlers.
- Assist with meal preparation for adults, including weekly menu planning.
**Outdoor Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the backyard is well-maintained and ready for family and social events.
- Clean outdoor areas such as porches, patios, and outdoor furniture.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and address potential hazards.
**Administrative Duties:**
- Manage emails and draft responses on behalf of the family.
- Keep track of household bills and ensure timely payments.
