I am a single parent of two mid teens. I own a construction company and live in an affluent safe neighborhood. M y children are with me 5 days a week in which I work and don't get home till late. When I get home I don't want to clean I am too tired. My children are very well behaved and welcome anyone I invite in our house.

Job Summary:
I am seeking a responsible, reliable and experienced nanny/housekeeper to care for our two mid-teen children in our home. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a nanny and performing housekeeping duties.
Job Duties:
- Supervise children's activities and escort them to appointments, practices/events, etc.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals for children and myself.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.in the entire home. FYI 6200 sq foot.
- Assist with weekly grocery shopping and meal planning
- Accompany family socially and provide responsible care for children as needed
- Perform minor yard work such as watering plants and light outdoor cleaning weed pulling.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a nanny for mid-teen children or in a similar caregiving role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Keen attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
