We are looking for a full time nanny to watch 5 of our kids during the work day (our current 1 year old and the quadruplets we are expecting in July ?).
I know it may sound overwhelming, but my wife works from home so you would never be alone. Plus, depending on what we agreed to in terms of your rate & schedule, we may be able to hire some part time help for you as well.
Another option for us was going to be hiring a live-in au pair, but Victoria is too remote. We’d be VERY interested in finding a live-in nanny. If you only want full time (not live-in), maybe we could offer you more hours in the evenings or weekends. Whoever we hire, we want them to feel like a part of our family.
We are going to have to get creative with these quadruplets we’re having, so any help (from part time to more) would be super appreciated. We’re pretty overwhelmed and kinda desperate!! ?
Let us know if you’d like to know more. Vanessa (mom) has been a nurse for most of her career & now works as a case manager from home. T.J. (dad) was a teacher for over 15 years and now works at Region III ESC coaching teachers in the area. Besides the 5 kids we need childcare for (our youngest who will be 2 when you start, plus the quadruplets), we also have a 4 year old daughter. You won’t need to be responsible for her, as she’ll be in school during the day.
We’d love to learn more about you and what you are hoping to find in a nanny position. We are hoping to find someone who wants anything from helping out part time to being a live-in nanny (but live-in is definitely NOT a requirement- we just need lts of help ?).
