We are nontraditional family with a professional mother who is separated from her previous partner. Our three children live together in house on the Stanford campus. We value being in nature, music, art, sports, and bike, rarely drive. Someone who loves biking and nature, and is OK with getting wet in the rain, we are energetic and love new experiences. We are almost exclusively screen free and would ask an au pair not to text during working hours or use their phone or show the children videos. No drinking or drug use of any kind, and we are generally vegetarian though eat some fish. We love meeting new people, are excited to host an au pair!

The household includes 1 parent, 3 children (ages 11,8 and 4). We are also looking for someone who is fully vaccinated and willing to be vaccinated for the flu.
Duties:
-- prepare children's meals, shop for food, clean up childrens food, prepare simple vegetables (15-30 mins); keep kitchen and childrens areas clean
-- work with children to tidy their rooms and organize their possessions and their time be creative with the children, music art reading nature, sports
-- help the children go to bed get the kids ready for school and take them to school. Potentially travel with a parent during work trips and vacations.
