Dear au pair,
We are Whitaker family (Dagmar - house mom, Sean - house dad and our three children - twins - 3.5 years (Emma - girl, Vashek - boy) and 7-year old daughter. We are fun, caring and busy family. Adela goes to 2nd grade and our twins go to daycare every day from 8 - 3:00pm. Adela comes back from school by 2:45pm. We have hosted au pairs before with another agency but decided to change it. We involve our au pairs in anything we do as a family - meals, trips, etc. We would love our au pair to join us during her free time but also respect her privacy and time spending with her friends, etc. We like to go for trip, explore new places, go to parks, zoos, fun parks, farms, etc. We enjoy outdoors. Our 7 year old is learning to ski currently (our twins aren't ready yet). They all enjoy bikes, water parks (our oldest takes swim lessons). All kids are very active, love arts and crafts, reading and dancing.

Cleaning lunch boxes after school and prepping snacks and lunches. Cooking for kids. Cleaning toys and after kids. Helping them to dress. Entertaining them, teaching them new things, actively engaging them in activities, taking them outside and playing. Reading, singing and dancing with them.
