Hi! We're Pat and Kelley. We are in our mid-30's living and working in the beautiful Catskill Mountains in upstate NY. We have two incredible children, Teddy (age 3.5), Molly (age 2), and a little boy on the way (due at the end of May). We also have two incredible pups, Doolin (bernedoodle) and Hank (goldendoodle) that are also part of our wonderful family.
We are easy going and strive to create a fun, safe, and happy environment for our family. Having lived in NYC for 10 years, we recently relocated to the Catskill Mountains (about 2 hours north of the city) where we live in a four-bedroom home in a quaint town between the mountains and on a beautiful stream.
We both work full-time and are in need of a live in au-pair to help with the kiddos. You would have your own bedroom and we would be able to supply a car to help with transportation.

We are seeking a responsible and caring Live-In Au Pair to join our family in the beautiful Catskills region of New York. As a Live-In Au Pair, you will play a crucial role in providing attentive and nurturing care for our three young children. Our family values a supportive and positive environment, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.

Responsibilities:
- Childcare: Provide comprehensive childcare for three children, ages [specify ages], including engaging in age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Daily Routine: Establish and maintain a structured daily routine, including meal preparation, bedtime routines, and outdoor activities.

Educational Support: Support the children's educational development by assisting with homework, engaging in educational games, and promoting a love for learning.

Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as keeping their rooms tidy, doing their laundry, and ensuring a clean and organized living space.

Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals for the children, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Transportation: Occasionally drive the children to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments.

Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with the parents regarding the children's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.

Cultural Exchange: Share your cultural background with the children through language, traditions, and activities, fostering a sense of diversity and understanding.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or as an au pair. Infant care is required.

Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.

Ability to create a safe and positive environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
