We work very hard and our daughter is the most important thing in the world to us. We live on a mini ranch close to the famous wine country town of Paso Robles. This position would encompass the duties above and is flexible and can be discussed to meet the needs of both our family and yourself. We do own an extra vehicle and you would be driving that car. If you do not have a driver's license, we would assist you to get it but you would not need to have it right away. Our daughter has high-functioning autism and is absolutely loved and supported in her home, school, and in her programs. She works best with a healthy balance of love and structure, and there are just a few things that she needs to thrive in her relationships with people and adults. She thrives with a person that loves to teach and is patient. She is an excellent swimmer and very athletic and very good in her language skills. Like most children, she needs support understanding how to grow socially. The hours are again, flexible, as we are self employed and can be flexible, but in general, the hours would be on Monday-Friday.
