I’m a single dad raising two energetic, curious, and fun-loving boys and I split time with their mother. They love being outdoors, playing sports, exploring nature, and laughing—a lot. Life in our home can be busy and noisy, but it’s also full of warmth, teamwork, and care for one another. Your role will be an important part of our daily rhythm, and we truly see you as a member of our family, not just someone helping out.
Our area is a beautiful place to live. We’re surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and endless opportunities for hiking, biking, snow sports, and exploring the outdoors. At the same time, Denver is close by, offering city life, cultural events, and chances to meet other au pairs and make new friends. We hope you’ll take advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.

Job Description
An Au Pair is a live-in childcare provider who supports a host family by caring for children and assisting with light household duties related to childcare. In exchange, the Au Pair receives accommodation, meals, a stipend, and the opportunity for cultural exchange.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide attentive and responsible care for children
-Assist with daily routines such as waking up, meals, dressing, and bedtime
-Take children to and from school, activities, and appointments
-Organize age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
-Help with homework and language learning
-Prepare simple meals and snacks for children
-Perform light housekeeping related to childcare (tidying play areas, children’s laundry)
-Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times
-Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s needs and progress
Requirements and Qualifications
-Genuine interest in childcare and working with children
-Previous childcare experience preferred
-Responsible, patient, and trustworthy personality
-Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (or willingness to learn)
-Ability to adapt to a new culture and family environment
-Good communication skills)
-Legal eligibility to work as an Au Pair in the host country
Working Conditions
-Live-in position with private room (private bathroom)
-Working hours as agreed upon with host family (within legal limits)
-Weekly or monthly stipend/pocket money
-Time off and vacation days according to local regulations
-Opportunity for cultural exchange, language learning, and travel
