We are an American couple in our early 40s, both professional and working in NYC. We live in a charming coastal Connecticut town with easy access to New York City. We have 2 girls - ages 7 and 8 and a son, aged 3.
The girls go to school every day from 8-3 and our son has pre-school a few days a week but we are looking for full time nanny help the rest of the time and the potential for evenings and weekends. Being a good driver is key as you’ll be driving the kids to school and activities. We also need someone who is flexible, as the schedule over the summer does change with camps. We promise to be organized and respectful of your time and we plan in advance.
We are looking for someone who will adore and love our children and feel a part of our family, but also value their own independence.
Role - an au pair for nanny work throughout the week (approx 45 hours).
We have an easy-going, loving home and we value happiness most. We have a lovely bedroom and would be very flexible. Our house is in a neighborhood with parks and great restaurants/bars/coffeeshops and near the beach - and under an hour by train to New York City. We have had two au pairs, both who we have loved and are considered family friends forever.
