We are Ayla and Manny! We are pregnant with our first child due February 2026. We will not need a nanny/au pair until July 2026. We are both teachers and work end of July to May. We have 2 dogs and three cats that are all great animals! We are an athletic family and need our nanny to be able to swim, as we live on an island and love to surf, paddle canoe and swim in the ocean! We love Hawai’i but also love the Philippines! Manny is half Filipino and I used to love there!

We will need infant care for our first baby!
-We are interested in 10 month or possibly longer.
-$200 weekly stipend plus live-in
-Our pay may be lower than other availabilities but Manny and I’d careers have less working hours and more holidays than typical US job positions, due to our positions as full time teachers. You will likely have at least 4 weeks off during the year or very few working hours during that time and more time off if we decide to extend for longer.
-Infant/childcare during morning and afternoon! Twice a week for a few hours in evenings and some Saturday mornings
-Walk dogs
-Tidy home and cook basic meals
-We would like our child to be trilingual English, Cebuano, and Tagalog! We strongly prefer candidates who can commit to speaking Tagalog only or Cebuano when communicating with our child.
Ayla speaks English, Tagalog and some Cebuano and Bicolano (pero kaialangan ko magpractice)
Manny speaks Cebuano, English, Tagalog
-We need a candidate who is a strong swimmer and willing to help teach baby how to swim
-Preferred candidate who has drivers license and experience driving
-This is not all inclusive but we will discuss more as needed
