We’re a busy, loving family in sunny Litchfield Park, Arizona — a cozy, family-friendly neighborhood where my husband’s parents and siblings live just down the street. We have three daughters, though only two are here with us physically. Our oldest passed away at age 6, before I met my husband, but she’s still a vibrant part of our family. We talk about her daily, and her memory is woven into our lives with love. Because of that, we’re looking for someone who can bring not only energy and kindness, but emotional awareness and compassion, too — especially for me, Mom.
Our two youngest girls are 3 years old and 16 months. The three-year-old attends half-day preschool four days a week (just a short walk away), and our toddler is an easygoing, sunshine-filled sweetheart. Together, they are hilarious, busy, and wonderfully exhausting. We absolutely adore them… and we are also very tired.
We both work full-time — Dad in healthcare insurance and me (Mom) running my own growing business. Between the work, the kids, the house, and the emotional load of, well, everything — we are straight-up drowning in dishes, laundry, and crumbs. We are looking for a calm, steady, magical presence to help us create a more manageable, peaceful rhythm. We don’t need perfection. We just need help.
Here’s what we’re hoping for:
Someone experienced and loving with young children
Someone who can tidy up after meals, load/unload the dishwasher, manage kid laundry, and help keep things from spiraling into chaos
Someone certified in CPR/First Aid (required) and a confident driver with a valid license (also required)
Someone who will care for our kids like they’re their own — with warmth, playfulness, and safety in mind

We’re a loving family in search of a responsible, upbeat, and compassionate au pair to help care for our two young daughters. If you enjoy imaginative play, spontaneous dance parties, and forming meaningful bonds with children — all while lending a helpful hand around the house — we’d love to welcome you into our home.
Our girls are full of personality, curiosity, and joy — and we're looking for someone who sees this as more than just a job, but an opportunity to become part of a family.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive care for our two young daughters (ages 16 months and 3 years.)
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities: crafts, outdoor play, stories, pretend play, etc.
Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children
Help keep shared spaces tidy, especially the kitchen and play areas
Load/unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean after meals
Do children's laundry and help maintain an organized environment
Occasionally help with school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups (must be comfortable driving)
Be a safe, warm, and consistent presence for our kids
You Must Have:
Previous experience with young children (nannying, babysitting, or au pair work)
CPR & First Aid certification (required)
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
A proactive, dependable, and positive attitude
Strong communication and time-management skills
A playful, nurturing spirit — and patience for big feelings in little people
Willingness to pitch in around the house and be a true team player
