As our au pair, you will primarily care for our two young sons—Kennedy-Clarence (6) and Kenneth-Jeremy (2)—and support our family with routines, engagement, and light household tasks. While we have three children, our teenage daughter (15) is in school most of the day and requires minimal involvement.

We value communication, adaptability, and warmth. Our ideal au pair is someone who is responsible, creative, flexible, and enjoys being part of a dynamic family where things don’t always go perfectly—but love, learning, and laughter are abundant.

Childcare Duties
Provide engaging, safe, and nurturing care primarily for our 6-year-old (KC) and 2-year-old (KJ)
Support our homeschool rhythm (reading, crafts, science activities, outdoor play)
Supervise structured playtime, outings, and age-appropriate learning
Assist with mealtimes and snacks
Attend co-op days (once a week) with KC, if needed
Help with morning routines and school pickups (as needed)

Light Household Duties

Tidy play areas and children’s rooms
Assist with children's laundry
Help prepare simple snacks or meals for the kids
Keep toys, books, and supplies organized
Occasionally assist with loading/unloading the dishwasher (especially after children’s meals)
