Hi! We are the Finch Family. Husband and wife currently own a roofing business that allows the wife and husband to have flexible schedules in working from home. Children are homeschooled with a teacher taught curriculum that only requires someone to oversee and answer questions if needed.

All kids are well behaved and mannered for the most part. We are needing a helping hand to alleviate the task for mom to be able to focus on work during business hours while not neglecting the children's needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Au Pair to join our family and help care for our children. This role is responsible for providing childcare, overseeing homeschool (not teaching), helping with some household chores, and participating in engaging activities with our children. The successful candidate also has the opportunity to learn about our culture and language while experiencing life in a new country.

Au Pair Duties and Responsibilities
Provide childcare, including preparing meals and snacks, helping children with homework and activities, and providing transportation to activities

Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up children’s rooms.

Monitor children’s safety and well-being while in your care
Engage in activities with the children, such as playing games, reading books, and going on outings

Au Pair Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an Au Pair, babysitter, or similar role
Able to work collaboratively with family members
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Nurturing, Patient, and flexible
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
