Full-Time Live-In Nanny Position – Baltimore/DC Area
We are a warm and loving family seeking a full-time live-in nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby girl. We live in the Baltimore/DC area, a vibrant region with plenty of parks, museums, and family-friendly activities. Our goal is to provide a nurturing and welcoming environment, not just for our daughter but also for the nanny who joins our family.
Position Details:
• Location: Baltimore/DC area
• Start Date: Flexible, but looking for the right fit as soon as possible
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus room and board
Responsibilities:
• Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for our infant
• Maintain a structured daily routine (feeding, naps, playtime, etc.)
• Engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage cognitive and motor development
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle sterilization, tidying play areas)
• Communicate regularly with us about our daughter’s progress and any concerns
• Accompany our family on occasional trips or outings (if comfortable)
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience caring for infants, including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules
• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
• Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Non-smoker and comfortable with dogs (we have a Australian shepherd)
• Trustworthy, responsible, and proactive
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
Living Arrangements & Perks:
• Private furnished bedroom and bathroom

• Access to nearby attractions, parks, and cultural activities
