We are a warm and active family with two young children who love outdoor play, reading, and creative activities. We live in Oakmont, a safe and family-friendly community in Gainesville, Florida, with parks, walking trails, and a pool.
We are seeking an au pair to join our family as a loving and responsible caregiver. Your primary duties would include helping with morning and afternoon routines, preparing simple meals for the children, driving them to school and activities occasionally, and engaging them in fun, educational play. Light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying their play areas and doing their laundry, would also be part of your role.
Our anticipated schedule includes weekdays with some flexibility: mornings to help the children get ready for school and afternoons/evenings to assist with homework and meal prep. Weekends would mostly be free except for occasional help with family activities.
We would love to host an au pair because we value cultural exchange and want our children to grow up with a broader worldview.
