It would be a very flexible job. Hours would vary so we would like to do a monthly rate or we can pay every 2 weeks whatever works best for you. You will have time off. We always want our evenings with our children unless something comes up and Sunday is a family day. We are very involved also so you wouldn’t be alone with them always for longer than 8 hours at a time. We want to raise them in our lifestyle and have them know the ranching aspect, just looking for someone to take care of them when we are doing jobs that are complicated to bring children along. I work alongside my husband and we have 2 South Africans that work for us also. We are on a large ranch running cattle, chickens, pigs. Green house you would get to help also with the children.

Looking for a nanny/ au pair to come stay with us in Ekalaka MT on our ranch. We would have a separate living quarter for you for your own space. We live in a very small town. Our children are the light of our lives and we are very particular who can watch them that we trust. Summer activities would be bringing them along to us to help on the ranch now and then, taking them swimming, public library, museum, continue education over the summer, playing outside, cleaning house, some meal prepping, etc. we have a 3 month old boy named Luke, a six year old girl named Bekka, and a 4 year old girl named Harper. The girls are very helpful with their little brother. Hope you would like to work with us for a season.
