Dear Au Pair,
We are an experienced host family that is looking for a loving to take care of our 6-year old daughter and her 13-year old brother while we are at work. If you are a happy person who has lots of energy, is responsible and loving, you would be a perfect match for our family.
Our family:
? Both parents work full time (dad work as an IT, mom in Analytics)
? We are a multicultural family (mom is Polish, and dad is Ecuadorian)
? We enjoy spending time with our kids and traveling
? Dad loves flying drones, watching movies and snowboarding
? Mom likes listening to audio books, reading statistics books, baking bread, exercising and a good mojito
? Alec (13) likes video games, skiing, biking, not reading
? Mila (6) likes arts and crafts, board games, spending time outside and playing with friends
Our au pairs:
? First and for most are treated as family
? Feel comfortable in our home
? Have a private bedroom (private entrance) and own bathroom
? Finish work no later than 7pm
? Have weekends off
? Have as much bonding with the family and as much privacy as they wish.
? Can have other au pair friends over
? Access to the car: All weekdays and 1.5 days on the weekend
? Have curfew- be home 8 hours before the start of your shift- only if they work next morning – this is important to us because safety of our children
We live a quiet, safe and beautiful town named Chappaqua. We are an hour train ride from New York City. We have successfully hosted 5 au pairs and loved the experience. We believe in an open communication, clear expectations and respect.
We want our au pair to have a fabulous time with us! Being an au pair and hosting an au pair can be a wonderful experience for everyone if everyone is honest about their needs and expectations. We were very lucky with our au pairs so far and hoping to find another wonderful au pair
