My name is Hannah and I am a single mother to three children. A one year old daughter, and two sons 5&7. We have a family dog names Silas. We are a fun outgoing and open minded family.

Looking for someone to help with my 3 children in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City. I am a full time single mom and I work as a Property Manager, managing a very high volume of rental properties. My work can be pretty demanding and has an all over the place schedule. Some months I’m more busy than others. Some days I work from, some I start late or get done early. During showering seasons is when I’m the most busy and would have the occasion late night and a couple Saturdays during the day. This is only a couple months out of the year. I love to travel and having some additional help would make it more realistic to travel with my children. Not often but every once and while I do have short business trips and would love to find someone my children would feel comfortable with caring for them overnight. My older two are in school during the weekdays. My daughter would be needing care during the weekdays. Help with pickup/drop offs for school and extra curriculars/sports. I would prefer someone who is comfortable with pets as we do have a puppy.

If housekeeping and/or office assistant work is something you’d be interested in I’m willing to pay more but these would not be requirements and the children would always be first priority.
