Dear au pair candidate,
We are very excited to be looking for an au pair for our son, Shai! We have had a wonderful experience with the au pair program, and look forward to having a new au pair join our family.
Boris is Shai's father. He is an entrepreneur with his own business and travels to Poland and Ukraine frequently. Shai's mother, Shannan, works full time as a scientist at Harvard University. We both have very busy jobs and work long hours, so we value having our au pairs live with us to help. We are both very family oriented, and love spending time as a family and meeting new people. We enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
Our son, Shai, is a happy, energetic little boy who loves people and playing with his Lego and trucks. He speaks English and Russian, and needs help with his Russian and Math homework. Since he is only 7, it isn't a lot of homework but he does a little bit every day.

We are looking for a fun, energetic au pair to help us take care of our 7 year old boy, Shai. This will be our fourth au pair, and we have loved the au pair program and having someone stay with us and be a part of our family. We are looking for someone to help in the mornings to get Shai ready for school (getting dressed, eating breakfast, packing his lunch and dropping him off), and after school (picking him up from school, taking him to his activities (piano, swimming, Russian school), as needed, helping cook dinner, and bath time). We also need help with grocery shopping and light housekeeping. On the weekends, we would love for our au pair to spend time with us as well, but there will also be lots of free time for her to rest, go out and explore.
We think of our au pair as another a member of our family - a big sister to our son and friend to us. We love to travel and have traveled with our au pairs to LA, New York, New Hampshire and Florida. We are looking for someone who will be a good fit for our family, who will speak to our son in Russian so that he learns the language, and is excited to experience life in the US. We spend the summers (July and August) in New Hampshire at our lake house. It's beautiful with lots of opportunities to swim, kayak and hike.
