Hello Au Pairs,

We have had 2 wonderful Au Pairs already since my oldest son was 8 months old. We are looking for another au pair. My husband and I are young at heart, easy going and fun. We love live music, dancing, great restaurants and traveling. We have lived in all major US cities and domestic travel opportunities are part of the benefits of working for us. My oldest son is in Pre-school so during the day, you will only be watching the 3 year old. After school, evenings and weekends you will have both. My oldest son speaks Spanish fluently and we would like to teach my youngest as well. We are looking for someone who is open to working at different times including some evenings and weekends. We will pay for your car insurance and provide you a cell phone. I work at Facebook as a product manager and my husband manages our airbnb properties. We have a country house an hour outside of Austin and spend some weekends there as well. We travel to NYC and Los Angeles once a year and would love for you to join us on our adventures. Our two energetic and loving boys, aged 3 and 4, are at a delightful stage of growth and discovery. We are looking for someone who can become an integral part of our family, providing attentive care and engaging activities to support their development.

Responsibilities:
Childcare:

Provide full-time care for our 3 and 4-year-old boys.
Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational tasks.
Plan and prepare meals and snacks for the children.
Assist with potty training and maintaining good hygiene.
Manage daily routines, including nap times, outdoor play, and bedtime.
Educational and Developmental Support:

Foster a positive learning environment through play, reading, and creative activities.
Encourage the development of social skills, manners, and independence.
Household Duties:

Perform light housekeeping related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and managing the children's laundry.
Help with family meal preparation as needed.
Transportation:

Drive the children to and from activities, playdates, and appointments. (A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.)

Prior experience in childcare, preferably as an au pair, nanny, or daycare worker.
Genuine love for working with young children.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to commit to a one-year contract.
Non-smoker.
