Family's Introduction to Au Pair
We are a warm, loving family of four (soon to be five!) living in Allen, Texas. Family is at the center of everything we do, and we strive to live our lives guided by faith, kindness, humility, and respect for others. We love spending time together, whether that’s exploring local parks, attending community events, enjoying family dinners, reading books, or simply playing together at home.
Our oldest son, Jackson(3yrs), is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic little boy with a big heart. He loves trying new things and is always eager to learn and explore. Like many toddlers, he is full of energy and imagination. He loves monster trucks, active play, building things, and adventures, but he also enjoys quieter activities like coloring, drawing, reading books, and learning new skills. Jackson is incredibly loving and thrives on connection with the people around him.
Our younger son, Brooks (14months), is full of joy and has the warmest smile and kindest eyes. He recently started walking and is fully embracing his explorer phase. He is curious about everything and loves discovering how the world works. Brooks has a wonderful appetite, enjoys swinging at the park, and absolutely adores spending time with his big brother. He is affectionate, easygoing, and loves cuddles.
As a family, we value open communication, laughter, patience, and creating a home where everyone feels loved, supported, and respected. We hope to welcome someone who will become an important part of our family’s story and create meaningful memories alongside us.

Job Description
We have two young boys and are expecting a baby girl later this year. Initially, we’d need help mainly during mornings, evenings, and two weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) out of the month for about four-six hours. After the baby arrives, your primary focus would be helping to care for the baby in partnership with mom
