Dear Host Family

My name is Tadiwanashe, I am 20 years old and I come from Zimbabwe.I speak English and Shona fluently and have A1 Deutsch language certificate.
I am a very social person,cheerful and friendly,I am fun to be with. I have a class 4 drivers license.I have good communication skills, I am hardworking and i can work under pressure. I have a good relationship with my family, I am the second born out of 3.The first born my brother who is 24 and the last born is my little sister who is 8 years old.My siblings and I usually go out for swimming and also watch movies for fun .I completed my high school in 2021 then went to volunteer at a kindergarten as a nanny and also assisted the kids with swimming activities. It reminded me of how amazing and exciting the world can be around the young ones. Personally spending time with children brings joy to me as I lose myself into the needs of a child, someone who requires attention and loves to grow into a healthy adult. But it isn’t just therapeutic. The special bond I have with a child allows me to read into their body language, expressions, and attitude. Teaching and interacting with children comes naturally to me. But even better I still get to learn something new every day.

I am good with housekeeping and doing chores around the home and I am a very good cook. I am easy to go by and I adapt easily. I am expecting that this experience will be a wholesome one for me as I love kids with all my heart and it will enrich my knowledge of your culture while at it. I am also looking forward to learning your language and even be fluent in it. And also share more about my culture too.

I am a responsible, kind, patient and empathic person. In my daily routine, I'm organized, resolute and dynamic. I enjoy having quality time with my family and friends. I love nature .In addition, I am a person who wants to do many things, I like to discover new things: people, places, cultures. I am adventurous, I believe that it's a good opportunity to meet new people,explore,while doing what I have passion for at the same time. I love sports like rugby and also I’m a very good swimmer.I can easily say that I will be very effective in doing my duties as your Au pair.

Currently I am working as nanny at Bambini Advanti Crèche ,I am looking to further my studies after my Au pair year. This opportunity will help me learn the ways of living outside my country and also get to be experience a different culture and to be a great help to your family
