Hello, I’m Ashley!

Over the years, I have had the privilege of closely collaborating with children and young individuals, providing them with one-on-one support within the classroom setting. Guiding and empowering these young minds to reach their fullest potential and achieve remarkable accomplishments has become my utmost passion.

Throughout my journey, I have acquired a profound understanding of various essential areas, including Attachment Theory, Autism, Behavior, Speech and Language Therapy, and Child Development. Such knowledge has enabled me to tailor my approach and interventions to best suit the unique needs of each child I work with.

In addition to my theoretical expertise, I have also received extensive training in practical communication methods. I am proficient in Makaton and PECs (Picture Exchange Communication System), and possess a basic understanding of sign language. These tools have proven instrumental in fostering effective communication and facilitating meaningful connections with the children I support.

Moreover, I prioritize the safety and well-being of the children under my care. I have diligently maintained up-to-date training in Safeguarding, behavior management, and de-escalation techniques. This ensures a secure and conducive environment for learning and growth.
