First of all, I worked as a fitness coach for children. It was between 6 and 15 years old. With Andrey, Stas, Olga, Marina and several other children from 6 to 9 years old, I helped them strengthen aspen muscles, as it is very important at this age. With Kirill, Nikita, Danil and other children from 10 to 13 years old, I trained them according to the program for strength, agility, because at this age they are just getting stronger.
With girls of different ages Maria 8 years old, Katya 11 years old, Violetta 10 years old, Anastasia 6 years old and others, I stretched as it is important and useful for girls.
I also had experience working with the girl Nicole. She was 1 year old. I cooked her food, fed her, walked with her, conducted educational games and training, put her to bed.
Since I've been doing sports all my life, I often contact children and conduct different workouts. I've been engaged in athletics for 13 years, I was in the national team,but now I do boxing.
I know how children need support in everything, I can become a real friend, a nurse for the child and will be there in difficult times. Because I understand how to behave with children and what they need.
In addition to sports, I always loved to study and graduated from school with a gold medal, my hobbies were dancing and reading ,my favorite genres are psychology and novels.
